“I won the fight…”

This isn’t about a bar or a beer. This is about the positive influence of beer. Kinda, but not really.

It’s about a good person doing the right thing.

Twenty year ago, Norm Eshleman ended up in an Alberta hospital after a bar brawl. About fifteen years later in Ontario,  Stephanie Wellman was diagnosed with leukemia and was in need of a bone marrow transplant. Norm was found to be a perfect match and was contacted to discuss the transplant. Thing is, he didn’t remember signing up to be a donor. Instead of walking away from the request, Mr. Eshleman donated his bone marrow. He did it because he made this commitment to donate…even though he has no recollection of doing so.
