Beer Review: Post Road Pumpkin Ale – Pumpkin Series Ep.2

Could you ask for a better pouring beer, you could, but you be crazy. A perfect color and perfect foam head. I just shed a single tear for the awesome aesthetics of this beer. The smell starts you off with spices and a light pumpkin finish. The taste is much more appealing than Smuttynose’s pumpkin ale (link). Lighter in natural and also in finish. No bitter taste will linger, which will invite you to order more than just one. Still not the “pumpkin” ale I’ve been longing for, but it defiantly embodies what the fall season has to bring us.
